INVESTMENT STRATEGY

ACRES is a “specialized asset” investor and creative commercial real estate lender as target investments need not fit into “boxes”. A rigorous deal screening process allows for the true discovery of solid value-add opportunities on a deal-by-deal basis. ACRES’ opportunities comes from real estate investments for those operators who have identified the best investment opportunities, yet are unable to access traditional lending sources to close deals due to stringent standards imposed by internal and external regulations. 

ACRES specializes in short-term debt investments from $2 million to $30 million nationwide and provides a variety of capital solutions to its clientele with stable and transitional properties that offer upside potential in primary, secondary and tertiary markets nationwide. However, the majority of investments will be secured by first mortgages and are expected to be located on the East and West coasts of the United States as well as in primary and secondary cities (and nearby suburbs) in the South and Midwest.
