Denham Springs, LA (2026) – ACRES Capital Corp. (together with its affiliates, “ACRES”) announced today that it has secured a $44.7 million loan to refinance Exchange at Juban, a newly constructed 264-unit, Class A multifamily community located on Cassel Road in Denham Springs, Louisiana (the “Property”).
Completed in 2024, Exchange at Juban is a garden-style, low-rise apartment community situated within the growing Livingston Parish submarket of the Baton Rouge metropolitan area. The Property features a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences with an average unit size of 1,043 square feet, and 577 parking spaces.
