ACRES Capital Corp. has co-originated a $76.5 million loan to fund the refinance of the Graduate Roosevelt Island Hotel on Roosevelt Island in New York City.

The Graduate is an 18-story, full-service boutique hotel located on the Cornell Tech campus, which is situated along the East River between Midtown Manhattan and Long Island City.

The Graduate will feature:

224 rooms with standard and suite-style configurations
2 restaurants
Panorama rooftop bar and lounge with city and river views
Fitness Center
3,257 SF of meeting space
