MIXED-USE - CONSTRUCTION

Thanks to a $38.34 million loan from ACRES, a mixed-use development with high-end retail is coming soon to Malibu. Situated on a 13-acre parcel, the property will be comprised of the following:

• 32 high-end retail units, six restaurant units, and 12 ground-level and second-story office units, averaging approximately 1,500, 3,500, and 3,400 square feet, respectively.
• 249 subterranean parking spaces and 270 surface-level parking spaces, some of which will be valet served
• Extensive open-space areas that will include various water features, seating and gathering areas, and complimentary landscaping

The property is situated between a future Whole Foods-anchored strip center and the future Santa Monica College Malibu Campus, which will generate additional foot traffic for the project.
