(together with its affiliates “ACRES”) announced that it has secured a $31 million loan to refinance the Sobremesa Villas, a newly built 150-unit build-to-rent property in Surprise, AZ. The improvements were built in 2023 and consist of 121 single-story residential buildings. The Sponsor, Isola Homes, is a repeat ACRES sponsor and an experienced multifamily developer based in Seattle, Washington with a proven track record of delivering high-quality residential communities in the Pheonix and Pacific Northwest markets.
