ACRES Capital Corp. has funded a $46.7 million loan to refinance the construction loan of Arrebol Villas, a low-rise, Class-A, 230-unit, multifamily property, located in Goodyear, AZ (the “Property”) on behalf of its Cayman Island Fund. The newly constructed Property is located in the vibrant surroundings of Goodyear, where local attractions like Goodyear Ballpark and State Farm Stadium add excitement to residents’ daily routine. The loan was secured for Isola Communities (the “Sponsor”) and facilitated by Northmarq.
