CONDO - CONSTRUCTION

ACRES funded a $74.5 million loan which will be used for the development of a new ground-up, luxury, age-restricted (55+) residential condominium. The loan, which carries a term of 24 months, will be used for the demolition of the existing structure and ground-up construction of the new development. The condominium will feature:

• 48 residential condominium units
• 24/7 site concierge service
• 18,000-square-foot concierge clubhouse, underground parking, climate-controlled storage, and a private pool
• Located within the exclusive Ocean Reef Club — a private, gated, social marina and golf spread across 2,500 acres
• Private lighted airport for private jets, 20 tennis courts with lighting for night play, Inn/lodge, 12 restaurants and lounges, grocery and retail shopping, fitness center, cooking school, and medical center
• Cultural and performing arts center with museum and library, historical society and theater, Ocean Reef Academy (Pre-K and 3rd – 8th Grade), chapel, and conference space
